ISO9001 – Making excellence a habit
Quality Management is a key driver for any business wanting to ensure customer satisfaction and high quality with manufacturing. The ISO9001 standard provides a framework to companies that want to consistently meet and exceed customer requirements and is based on a number of quality management principles. These principles are extensive and range from a strong customer service focus to ensuring customers receive consistently high-quality products.
Providing excellence to our customers is something that Maximum Precision take extremely seriously and as part of our commitment to this vision all of our working practices are undertaken in line with ISO9001. Through our adherence to this stringent standard we are able to continuously demonstrate to our customers that we consistently work to and maintain the highest possible standards and prove our position as market leaders in our field.
On the 19th June, Maximum completed its annual ISO9001 external audit. Due to the standards in place this was, rightly so, a thorough process covering all aspects of quality management. We are extremely pleased to announce that following the review, Maximum passed with no non-conformances to the Standard. Given the current circumstances under which everyone is working and the challenges we are facing, we feel this is an excellent achievement.
We are proud of everyone at Maximum Precision who has adapted to the new changes and ultimately ensured we could still provide and excellent service to our customers in even the most testing of circumstances and feel this is testament to their hard working ethic and support for the team as a whole.
