MAXIMUM PRECISION RACING TO RAISE MONEY
Maximum Precision once again braved the slopes of the Newmarket Soapbox Derby! This year, we raced to raise money!
Our brave volunteers this year, Richard, Harry, Dawie and Josh, were excited to take on the race and raise as much money as possible. The iconic race took place on August Bank Holiday, dressed as characters from Mario Kart!
“There was some good competition this year, we finished in the top half of the field with the two runs coming in at 38.35 seconds on the first run and 40.94 for the second. Room for improvement next year, but we had fun and it was all for a good cause.” – Richard
We raised money for the East Anglian Air Ambulance. The EAAA exists to save lives by delivering highly skilled doctors and critical care paramedics by air or car to seriously ill or injured people in our region. They are a life-saving charity that can only be kept in the air with donations and supporters.
This year we raised £340, thank you to everyone who donated! If you would like to donate to the EAAA, visit their website https://www.eaaa.org.uk/support-us/make-a-donation
Well done to the team!
